DNA sequences

You can add primer sequences right in your experiment summary. Simply drag the sequence file into the editor, or type “/DNA” and press Enter.

This will insert a preview image, while still allowing you to access the original file (hover the image, click the three-dot menu and choose Download).

We currently support the following DNA sequence formats:

• SnapGene
• Fasta
• GenBank
• JBEI
• SBOL
• Benchling
• BioBricks
