Microscope images

You can add output files from popular microscopes right in your experiment summary. Simply drag the file into the editor, or type “/Microscope” and press Enter.

This will insert a preview image, while still allowing you to access the original file (hover the image, click the three-dot menu and choose Download).

We currently support the following microscope image formats:

• CZI (Zeiss)
• LIF (Leica)
• OME-TIFF
• DICOM
