Can I use Colabra for free?

Yes! You can use Colabra for free, forever, with unlimited collaborators. You will need to upgrade to get access to legal compliance, security and advanced integrations.

Are there discounts for non-profits or educational use?

Yes! We offer special discount pricing for qualified non-profits and academic institutions. Contact sales to learn more.

Are there discounts for startups?

Startups associated with select partner programmes are eligible for discounts, white-glove support, dedicated communication channels, and personal onboarding. Check out Startup perks page to learn more.

Is there a minimum commitment or number of users?

All Colabra premium plans require annual commitment.

How are users counted for billing?

You will be billed for the number of users who are members of your Colabra workspace. Admins may deactivate users at any time.

How are guests different from regular users?

Guests only have access to the projects they are a member of. Regular users by default have access to all projects, protocols and inventory.

Can I upgrade Colabra just for myself, instead of everyone in our workspace?

Unfortunately, no. Colabra is built for teams, and we do not believe that an individual upgraded account is able to take advantage of all of Colabra’s premium features. To upgrade Colabra, the entire workspace must be upgraded.

What are my payment options — credit card and/or invoicing?

You can pay with a credit card, or we can invoice you for any plan. Contact sales to start the process.

We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?

We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period.
